A conscious preparation for the birth
Haptomotion’s private maternity course is a short course that will teach you and your partner certain exercises and provide lots of information about pregnancy, birth and what to expect immediately after birth. We work together with you both to give you confidence about birthing your baby and to gain a fit and relaxed body.

Exercise outdoors and get fit after giving birth
Mama Move is exercise in the park for mothers who have just given birth – with the added bonus of bringing baby in the pram too. No babysitter required!
We will do various exercises with the pram to help you regain your condition, get your body back to being fit and strong! For example – strengthening exercises for back, arm, bottom, legs and pelvic floor – all designed to get you into condition. Esther Hoonhout has promoted this method for years already and has for some time been giving classes alternately with David Treur (Mensendieck therapist). Both know exactly what exercises you need to do after giving birth.
There is a 6 rides card (6 weeks) offered to go through a structured program and to be fit again after giving birth. In addition, tips and advice are given to restore your body and to become fitter at home in a responsible manner.
The groups are small so there is always time for individual guidance.
